Diabetes prevalence in Yogyakarta is the second highest Indonesia, and sufferers are prone to experiencing physical psychological disorders. Psychological disorders such as depression, stress, anxiety more at risk patients. This condition will be worsen prognosis outcome, so managing patients essential. One of efforts manage mental non-pharmacological therapy Benar Relaxation Therapy (BRT). It combining between aromatherapy Benson relaxation techniques which effective for mild moderate therapy. In this study, BRT try test effectivity anxiety, until depression. using three sickles dose was drops 20 ml sterile water formulated by researcher. The aim study evaluate effect (BRT) reducing symptoms diabetes did Quasi-experimental research with a pre-posttest without control group design. 14 adults who ADL independently have cellphones video features Candibinangun district purposively taken study.
